在这(zhè )个时节(jiē )该(gāi )如何(hé )调(diào )理养生?宋曙(shǔ )霞认为,在饮(yǐn )食(shí )上(shàng )可(kě )多(duō )吃(chī )有芬芳气味的蔬菜(cài ),如(rú )韭(jiǔ )菜、香菜(cài )、葱、蒜、荠菜、香椿等(děng ),以(yǐ )疏肝柔(róu )肝(gān )。另外(wài ),俗语称“春(chūn )日吃(chī )春(chūn )芽”,也就(jiù )是说这个(gè )季节可(kě )吃鲜绿的(de )嫩芽,比(bǐ )如豆(dòu )芽、蒜苗、豆苗、莴苣等,禁食(shí )或(huò )少(shǎo )食辛辣刺激(jī )食物,以(yǐ )免肝火(huǒ )上炎。
