在这个时节该如何调理养生?宋曙霞认(rèn )为,在饮(yǐn )食上(shàng )可(kě )多(duō )吃(chī )有(yǒu )芬芳气味的蔬(shū )菜(cài ),如(rú )韭(jiǔ )菜、香菜、葱、蒜(suàn )、荠菜、香椿(chūn )等,以疏肝(gān )柔肝(gān )。另(lìng )外,俗语(yǔ )称“春日吃(chī )春芽”,也就是说这个季(jì )节可(kě )吃鲜(xiān )绿的嫩芽,比如豆芽、蒜(suàn )苗、豆(dòu )苗、莴(wō )苣(jù )等,禁食或少食辛辣刺激食(shí )物,以(yǐ )免肝火(huǒ )上(shàng )炎。
