人才队(duì )伍(wǔ )建设是提(tí )升(shēng )托育服(fú )务质(zhì )量(liàng )的保(bǎo )障。面(miàn )对当前托育(yù )专(zhuān )业人才(cái )短缺这一瓶颈,长沙(shā )师范(fàn )学院学前教育学(xué )院院(yuàn )长(zhǎng )张(zhāng )晓辉建议,从教(jiāo )师(shī )专业(yè )标准(zhǔn )体系建(jiàn )设(shè )出发,将托育机构师资纳入(rù )其中,提高(gāo )托(tuō )育(yù )服务专(zhuān )业化水平;从(cóng )学历(lì )提升和(hé )专业成长(zhǎng )考虑,拓宽专业人员发展路径(jìng ),增强(qiáng )托育机构从业(yè )人员对职业的归属感(gǎn )、荣(róng )誉(yù )感。
