在这(zhè )个(gè )时(shí )节该如何调理(lǐ )养生?宋曙霞认(rèn )为,在(zài )饮食上(shàng )可多(duō )吃(chī )有芬芳(fāng )气味的蔬(shū )菜(cài ),如韭(jiǔ )菜、香(xiāng )菜、葱、蒜(suàn )、荠菜、香椿等(děng ),以(yǐ )疏肝柔肝(gān )。另(lìng )外,俗语称“春日吃(chī )春芽”,也就是说(shuō )这个季节可(kě )吃鲜绿的嫩芽,比(bǐ )如豆芽、蒜(suàn )苗(miáo )、豆苗、莴(wō )苣(jù )等(děng ),禁食或少食(shí )辛辣刺激食物,以(yǐ )免(miǎn )肝火(huǒ )上(shàng )炎(yán )。
