人(rén )才队伍建设是提升托育(yù )服(fú )务质(zhì )量(liàng )的保(bǎo )障。面对(duì )当前托育(yù )专业(yè )人才短缺(quē )这一瓶(píng )颈(jǐng ),长沙(shā )师范(fàn )学院学前(qián )教育学院院长张晓(xiǎo )辉建议,从教师(shī )专业(yè )标准体系建设出(chū )发,将(jiāng )托(tuō )育机构(gòu )师资纳(nà )入(rù )其(qí )中(zhōng ),提高托(tuō )育服务(wù )专业化水平;从学历(lì )提升和(hé )专(zhuān )业成(chéng )长考(kǎo )虑(lǜ ),拓宽专业人员发展路径(jìng ),增强托育机构从业人(rén )员对(duì )职业的归属感、荣誉(yù )感。
