做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏米(mǐ )。用清水把陈皮泡(pào )软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜(jiāng ),热(rè )锅(guō ),用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两(liǎng )勺(sháo )油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼(yú )和其他材料(liào ),武火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )沸(fèi ),转中小火煲一个(gè )半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调(diào )味(wèi )即(jí )可品尝。
