在这个时节该如(rú )何调(diào )理(lǐ )养生?宋曙霞认(rèn )为,在饮(yǐn )食上可多(duō )吃(chī )有芬芳气味的蔬菜,如(rú )韭菜、香菜、葱(cōng )、蒜、荠菜、香(xiāng )椿等(děng ),以(yǐ )疏肝柔肝。另(lìng )外,俗语称“春(chūn )日吃(chī )春芽”,也就(jiù )是说这个季节可吃(chī )鲜(xiān )绿的(de )嫩(nèn )芽,比如豆(dòu )芽(yá )、蒜苗、豆苗、莴(wō )苣等,禁食(shí )或(huò )少食(shí )辛(xīn )辣刺(cì )激食物(wù ),以(yǐ )免(miǎn )肝(gān )火上(shàng )炎(yán )。
