做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后(hòu )加(jiā )少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的(de )时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
