在这(zhè )个时节该如何调(diào )理养生?宋曙(shǔ )霞认为,在饮(yǐn )食上(shàng )可(kě )多吃有芬芳气味的(de )蔬(shū )菜,如(rú )韭(jiǔ )菜、香(xiāng )菜、葱、蒜、荠(qí )菜(cài )、香(xiāng )椿等,以(yǐ )疏肝(gān )柔肝。另(lìng )外,俗(sú )语称“春日吃春(chūn )芽(yá )”,也就是(shì )说(shuō )这个季节可(kě )吃(chī )鲜绿的嫩芽,比(bǐ )如(rú )豆芽、蒜苗、豆苗、莴苣等,禁食(shí )或(huò )少食辛辣刺激食物,以(yǐ )免肝(gān )火上炎。
